Mr. R. Kailasnath
Mr. R. Kailasnath, the Managing Director has rich marketing experience prior to starting this business venture. He was with Indian Drugs & Pharmaceuticals as well as Sarabhai Chemicals in their Pharmaceutical divisions as a field executive in TamilNadu and Kerala. After a successful stint in these firms he commenced the diagnostics business with an agency in South India for biochemistry reagents. He has now grown it into an organization operating in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh with multiple divisions in Clinical Chemistry, Immunology and Life Sciences. He is also currently the Treasurer of the Association of Medical Devices & Diagnostic Suppliers of India.

Mr. R. Panchanath
Mr. R. Panchanath joined CPC after an eight-year stint in Indian Bank as an officer. He has guided the firm for its financial needs, while using his marketing skills to good use in establishing substantial business for the company in Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh. He is a self-taught electronics expert who nurtured and developed our customer support division. He now guides the team in CPC’s new venture of manufacturing Haematology analyzers at CPC Medical Systemz located in Chennai. He also heads the Immunodiagnostic division.

Mr. TK Prakash
Mr. T. K. Prakash joined CPC after a successful stint with M/S. Biddle Sawyer (a highly successful Pharmaceutical company – now merged with Glaxo SmithKline) where he rose up to the post of Zonal Manager for the South. He has very successfully established our business in Kerala and Karnataka. His technical acumen provides CPC a significant edge in marketing. He now heads the mainframe instrument business.

Ms. Malini Kailasnath
Ms. Malini Kailasnath started the multiple responsibilities of procurement, distribution, administration and training, she now manages sales in the clinical chemistry division. With her background in Psychology, she also effectively manages the HR Department.

Ms. Bhuvana Panchanath
Ms. Bhuvana Panchanath heads the Customer Support Department. She joined CPC after many years of managing bunches of ebullient school children. With her skills in inter-personal relationship she has efficiently built an effective and “quick response” team.

Mr. N. Radhakrishnan
Mr. N. Radhakrishnan joined CPC in 1995 after 32 years experience in the Pharma industry. Working with Sarabhai Chemicals, TTK Pharma and Dalmia Industries his expertise covers operations ranging from fieldwork to marketing and sales management. He has created our robust and well-tested field executive training programme. He currently heads our Marketing Planning division and works full time with CPC.

Advisers

Mr. KR Ganapathy
Mr. K. R. Ganapathy retired as the President from the Murugappa Group after a chequered career spanning 43 years. He continues on their family board and currently is also on the board of Lotte, the Korean confectionery group that presently owns the Parry’s confectionery brand. With his rich all round experience he guides CPC in strategic planning, policy matters as well as in Human Resources Development.

Mr. R. Subbarayan
Mr. R. Subbarayan brings in years of experience, starting with the family Pharmaceutical company and then 31 years with Glaxo SmithKline Consumer Healthcare Ltd. where he retired as Marketing and Sales Director. He advises CPC in strategic planning, customer development and in product and service innovation.

Mr. AK Narayan
Mr. A. K. Narayan, a Chartered Accountant, has held positions in finance management prior to starting his own financial advisory firm. He is also the current President of the Tamil Nadu Investor’s Association. Mr. Narayan advises CPC on finance management.
